Damaged Package Claim & Order Issue Reporting

Dear Customer,

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your order is missing items, has damaged products, or contains incorrect quantities or items, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.

For claims involving damaged packages, please follow these photo submission instructions:

  • Tracking Number: Provide a clear picture of the tracking number on your shipping label.
  • Outside of the Box: Provide a zoomed-out photo of the entire exterior of the box. If there is any visible damage, please ensure it is clearly shown. Ideally, include at least two photos from different angles to give us a complete overview.
  • Packing Slip (if applicable): If a packing slip was included, please send a photo of it.
  • Contents of the Box: Provide a photo showing the entire contents of the box, including how the items were packed.
  • Product (if relevant): Include a photo of the damaged product in question.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT DISCARD ANY PRODUCT, PACKAGING, OR ACCESSORIES UNTIL THE CLAIM PROCESS IS COMPLETE.

If you are unable to upload all the photos individually, please compress them into a single ZIP file and upload that file instead.
